Marthe de Ferrer is a British 18-year old flat-water kayaker, and the current World Youth Quadrathlon Champion. After competing as a triathlete and swimmer, Marthe switched to kayaking aged 11 and has never looked back.

Nina Jelenc
Nina has been around paddling and major canoe slalom competitions since she was born. Daughter of a Wildwater World Champion, she has dabbled in the sport herself, but prefers keep her feet dry to report and photograph events now instead.

Nouria Newman
Nouria, whose father is from London, originally comes from La Plagne in The Alpes and learnt to ski when she could walk. She discovered kayaking later on after having learnt how to swim first, a prerequisite in France.
