Kierey advances from rank four to rank three due to the doping offence of Yuriy Kikhayev from Ukraine at the previous world championships in Moscow. Russia's canoe slalom champion Kirill Setkin has been suspended from competition for six months for doping offenses. Kirill Setkin, 19, was temporarily banned in September after he was found to have taken a banned substance.
