Kipper Maguire

Ciaran "Kipper" Maguire has been involved in outdoor events and activities for nearly twenty years. A member of the Irish Freestyle Kayaking team for seven year, he claimed three national championships, and now coaches the national team.

In 2004 Ciaran was co-organiser of the Zanskar kayak expedition to India , raising much needed funds for the Irish Cancer Society and the Kullu School for the blind. Ciaran regularly appears on TV3's Ireland AM show, where he presents a regular sports feature.

When not busy in the outdoors, Ciaran lines out for his Gaelic football team at St Oliver Plunketts, Eoghan Ruadh.
