Keith Lyons

Keith has spent thirty-five years observing and analysing performance in sport. Over this time he has developed passionate interest in coach development and athlete flourishing.
He has worked in the United Kingdom and Australia. At present, he is a Professor of Sport Studies at the University of Canberra.
Keith has been a coach of canoe slalom, rugby union and women's lacrosse.
During his career, Keith has taken a keen interest in educational technology. He wrote the first book on video for coaches in 1988 and since then has worked with coaches to adopt technologies to transform coaching and support athlete development.
