The ideal candidate will posses a post-secondary degree in a related sport field (e.g. Masters of Sports Management) and ten (10) of progressively responsible experience within the sport system at an international, national and/or provincial level, as well as five years experience at a senior management level. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Candidates must be comfortable conversing in French within professional contexts (so that may rule most British would-be applicants out, no?).
